TWIRLY DRESS , ALL LITTLE GIRLS LOVE THEM

All little girls love twirly dresses and skirts,

I made one recently for Avery, a twirly skirt and twirly top, she wouldn't

take it off, wore it to bed, and then my son said the next day

he took it off to change her and she made him let her wear it to school.

so i am creating my own pattern for a twirly dress using basic


concept idea of the old original poodle skirt, (as seen in this photo),

  minus the cut out circle for the waist, (as i will have a dress top attached and do not need the cutout for the waist)
